Payments can be made via LC (Letter of Credit), bank transfer, and cash terms for established customers. For new customers, 30% advance payment via LC at sight is mandatory.
What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery takes between 30 to 45 working days depending on order volume and destination. For special and custom products, this time may be longer.
Is factory visit possible?
Yes, with prior arrangement, factory tours and direct product selection are available. We will host you in Yazd and provide a combined program of business visit and health tourism.
What is the product warranty?
