What is the minimum order quantity for export?
Minimum order is one 20ft container (approx. 10-12 tons). For smaller quantities, consolidation with other shipments is possible which will have slightly higher shipping costs.
What are the payment methods?
30% advance payment with balance before shipment, LC (Letter of Credit), Visa and Mastercard via secure gateway. We offer special conditions for regular customers.
Is factory visit possible?
Yes, with prior arrangement, visits to production lines, quality control laboratory and our warehouses are available. Translators are provided for foreign visitors.
